** Conduct legal compliance checks to ensure that legal documentations are in compliance with statutory requirements.
** Provide pre-litigation advice & brief counsel in litigation matters in instituting/ defending cases.
** Follow-up and update management on court matters and attend court hearings for and on behalf of KRIBHCO.
** Prepare tenders and contracts and assist management on legal issues arising there-from.
** Conduct and manage arbitration proceedings.

(2) Lady Senior Medical Officer / Lady Medical Officer
No. of vacancies : 01
Pay Scale : Rs.32, 900-58, 000 in Grade F1/ 30, 5000- 54, 500/- in Grade G
Qualification : MBBS, MD/DGO (Obstetrics/ Gynecologist) with 2 to 6 years experience.
Age Limit : Not more than 45 years as on 1st November, 2012

Job Specifications : All specialized work related to OBS and Gynec, OPD/IPD management of patients, round the clock emergency duty on rotation basis and social activities of KRIBHCO Hospital, Hazira, Surat (Gujarat).
