National Power Training Institute is an Autonomous Body under the Ministry of Power set up by the Government of India for Human Resource Development in the Power Sector. Apart from its Corporate Office at Faridabad (Haryana), NPTI has 8 other Institutes located at Badarpur (New Delhi), Nangal (Punjab), Nagpur (Maharashtra), Durgapur (West Bengal), Guwahati (Assam), Bangalaore (Karnataka) and Neyveli (Tamil Nadu).

Qualifications and Experience :
Essential :
1. Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or Institution.
2. Five years experience in O&M of Thermal Power Stations/Workshop in Engineering industry or institution holding post not below the rank of Assistant Engineer or equivalent.
Desirable :Aptitude for training

Fee : Rs.500/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ST) by Demand Draft drawn in favour of National Power Training Institute payable at Faridabad.
