How to pay electricity bill through online?
Procedure for payments :
** Log on to Torrent Power Limited website and click on online payment link
** Select ‘Pay Bill’ on left side of the web page.
** Select City and enter your Service Number to view the bill details.
** User and bill details will be displayed along with bill amount
** Click ‘Proceed to Pay’ and payment screen will be displayed
** Select your payment option
** Click ‘Pay Now’ to view amount payable
** Click ‘Make Payment’
** Authorization screen will be displayed, go ahead and authorize the payment
** You will receive confirmation & transaction ID
** Your account will be debited and the same would be reflected in your Torrent Power account within 2 working days

Processing/convenience fee applicable :
** Payment through Internet banking : Rs.5.62 per transaction.(For HDFC bank, no charges applicable)
** Payment through Credit card : 1.00 % of the payable amount.
** Payment through Debit card up to Rs.2000 : 0.84% of the payable amount.
** Payment through Debit card above Rs.2000 : 1.00% of the payable amount.

Note : Currently this facility is not available to HT consumers

Can I make payment after due date?

For AHMEDABAD consumers:
Yes you can make the payment even after the due date. However, amount payable would be gross amount i.e. you will not be entitled for discount and you will be liable for delay payment charges accordingly.

Further, Low tension (LT) consumers can make electricity bill payments upto the due date of the NOTICE bill if payment of first bill is not made while Low Tension Maximum Demand (LTMD) customer can make payments upto the last date of notice for payment of dues if amount is not paid by the due date.

In case of LT Consumer having energy billing of Rs 5000 or more, they can make the payment upto the last date of notice for payment of dues if amount is not paid by due date.

For Agra and Bhiwandi Customers:
No, you cannot make the payment after the due date.

For SURAT consumers:
Yes, you can make the payment even after the due date. However, you will be liable for delay payment charges accordingly.
