    Job Description
    For our new customer service department at Bangalore we are looking to hire a team of best in class customer service executives who have strong interest in world geography and international travel. The Email/Chat Agent will be responsible for email and chat communications received from customers within the service level timeline policy set. These communications will primarily be focused on providing customer support, assistance, and services
    - Website navigation and site usage
    - Providing answers to general travel questions associated with existing or new reservations
    - Assisting with interpretation of airline and company rules and policies
    - Confirming existing reservations
    - Provide status updates associated with Changes, Refunds, and Cancellations of existing bookings

    Desired Candidate Profile
    - Mastery of the English language
    - Excellent writing skills using American English grammar and punctuation
    - Experience in a Customer Service position
    - Minimum of 2 years experience at a Travel agency and/or Airline call center
    - Knowledge of and experience in the use of a major GDS; preference for Amadeus and/or Sabre
    - Familiarity with airline and travel industry terminology
    - Computer skills to include but not limited to:
    o Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM
    o Strong Keyboard skills
    o Experience with major Internet Browsers (IE; Firefox; etc)

    I am a BHM Graduate currently working in Mphasis as a Customer support representative. Now, looking for Job change and Interested to work with BCD Travel India.
