Online applications are invited for recruitment the under mentioned posts of Primary Teachers(PRT) - (Group-C Post) using the website the online application can be filled up to 08.12.2012 till 5.00 p.m. after which the link will be disabled. Age :- 18-40 years on the last date of submission of application form. Relaxation as given in special instructions.

Pay Scale :- Rs.9300-34800 (PB-2) with a grade pay of Rs. 4200/-

Essential Qualification/Eligibility :-
(i) Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education; OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations 2002;OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 - year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B. El. Ed.); OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education);OR

B.A./B.Sc./B.Com and 2–year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).

(ii) Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) / School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) of Haryana OR Four years teaching experience as Primary Teachers as One time exemption of HTET/STET (See Note-3).

(iii) Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subject.

Fee :-
(i) The rate of fee is Rs. 300/- for General candidates and Rs. 75/- for SC/BC candidates of Haryana. The fee should be deposited in any branch of State Bank of India 48 hours after registration of application form with CDAC Mohali.
(ii) Fee for ESM and PHC candidates of Haryana is exempted.

Note : Before Applying online candidate must have a scanned copy of passport size photograph. Without photograph candidate cannot apply for the job openings. Size of photograph should be less than 120KB. The extension of photo must be .jpg, .gif or .png

1. The candidates have to apply only on-line on web-site http://recruitment.cdacmohali.in from 08th November 2012 to 08th December 2012 up to 5:00 PM. and generate his/her registration number. Once his/her registration number is generated, he/she should get the print of the form. This allotted registration number slip will be used as identification slip at the time of written test, interview and also counseling, if called for. Candidates need not send any application/Documents by Post.

2. Applicant will be allotted online Registration Number printed on the acknowledgement slip containing the details (Registration number and Password). Candidates are advised to note the registration number and password immediately after generated by the system and keep it with him/her confidentially and should not share it with anybody. HSTSB/ CDAC Mohali shall not liable for any breach done by anyone using the registration number and password shared by the candidate.

3. The candidate have to report to the designated banker (SBI Bank) after 48 hours of applying online along with the downloaded Fee Challan for depositing the fee . Once the candidate has filled the online application form he/she must wait for atleat 48 hours before going to the bank for depositing the fee. It should be noted that the fees of the candidate will not be accepted by the bank before 48 hours of applying online.

Closing date for submission of applications online: 08.12.2012 upto 5:00 p.m.
Closing date for deposit of fee: 12.12.2012 upto 4:00 p.m.
Closing date for counter signature of Director, Elementary Education of the concerned State on 4 years teaching experience certificate: 08.01.2013

Where can I download the application form?

A candidate whether he belongs to General or reserved category viz. SC, BC, ESM/DESM, DFF, PHC or OSP can submit only one online application for a particular category of post advertised. The special instructions for online applications as given on website www.recruitment.cdacmohali.in must be carefully read to help in understanding and filling in the application form.
