Sub : Walk in interview for the Post of Part time Specialist Doctors on contract for the ESI Scheme Hospitals of U.P. Venue, Date and Time for Interview is indicated against the concerned E.S.I. Hospital where vacancy exists.

Eligible Interested doctors who fulfil the following terms & conditions may appear for Walk-ininterview for the post of Part time Specialist doctors for the ESI Scheme hospitals of Uttar Pradesh for a period of one (01) year or till the joining of Specialists whichever is earlier.

Essential Qualification :-
1. A recognised Medical Qualification included in the first or second schedule of Part II of 3rd Schedule (other than licentiate qualification) to the Medical council Act, 1956. Holders of education qualification included in II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub section (3) of Section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956/ valid Registration of Dental Council of India.

2. Post Graduate qualification in the requisite speciality (Only M.D.S. For Dental Specialists).

3. Minimum work experience in a responsible position connected with the speciality for a period of :-
a) 3 years in case of P.G. Degree holders.
b) 5 years in case of P.G. Diploma holders.

Age Limit : Age not exceeding 62 years as on 31.12.2012.

Submission of Application :
Eligible interested candidate may appear for Walk-in-interview along with original application on prescribed format accompanying attested copies of testimonials/Certificates in support of Age/qualification/experience/MCI Registration/PAN No. etc. Complete application along with two recent photograph (duly attested by gazetted Officer) is to be submitted at the time of Interview positively.

GENERAL CONDITIONS :
1. Mere submission of application does not confer any right to the candidate for being interviewed.

2. A candidate should submit application and appear for each post in each hospital separately if he/she desires to apply for a post in more than one hospital .

3. Application should be submitted in the prescribed format. It should be filled up in block/ capital letter by the candidates in his/her own handwriting.

4. Incomplete or unsigned application received without the certified copies of marksheets/ Certificates of educational qualification and photographs will debar them for interview. However right of interview is reserved with interview board. .

5. Wrong declaration/submission of false information or any other action contrary to law shall lead to cancellation of the candidature at any stage.

6. ESIC will not be responsible for any postal delays.

What are the duties of Specialist doctors?

To work for two (02) sessions of 2 hours each or 4 hours at a stretch x 5 days in a week.
A) Rs. 40,000/- per month.
B) For extra session of two hours – Rs. 1000/-.
C) On giving undertaking to attend for emergency call duty in person after the schedule timings – Rs. 8000/- per month.
