Recruitment against Scouts & Guides Quota - in PB-1 Grade Pay 1800 (erstwhile Group 'D' post) on Jaipur Division.

Applications are invited for filling up two (02) posts under Scout & Guide quota at Jaipur Division, North Western Railway as under in which all the candidates may apply who belongs to SC/ST/OBC/General caste:-

Pay Band + Grade Pay : 5200-20200+1800GP
No. of Post : 02 (Two)
Educational Qualification : 10th Pass or equivalent

AGE :- 18 to 33 years as on 01-01-2013 (Age relaxation should admissible to SC/ST candidates upto 05 years & OBC candidates upto 03 years as per rules.

Examination Fee/Postal Order :- Except SC/ST candidates, all other candidates have to enclose Rs. 40/- crossed I.P.O. in favour of Sr.Divisional Financial Manager, Divisional Railway Manager's office, North Western Railway, Power House Road, Jaipur. Candidates have to write down their complete name & full address behind the postal order.

Note :-
i) It should be ensured that I.P.O. should be addressed to Senior Divisional Financial Manager, D.R.M.'s Office, (N.W.Railway), Jaipur
ii) Cash Money/Bank Draft/Cheques etc. are not be accepted.
iii) Fee will be neither adjusted nor refunded.
iv) Date of issue of Postal Order should not be before the date of issue of the notification and it should not be issue after the last date of receipt of Application form.

How to Apply :
Those candidates, who fulfill the condition regarding Scout & Guide level, Age & Educational Qualification, date of birth, caste certificate (where necessary) they should apply on good quality white paper as per the prescribed proforma of Application Form given in the Advertisement.

Without duly signature a passport size photograph in Scout/Guide's Uniform should be affixed and it should be attested by a gazetted officer. Application form should be duly filled up in his own handwriting by the candidate. An application form should be supported by documents i.e. attested photo copies and two passport size photographs in Scout/Guide's Uniform duly self signed on backside of the photograph by the applicant and self addressed two envelopes size (26x12cm) having 5/- stamp on one envelope. Envelope having application form and other documents should be addressed to
Senior Divisional Personnel Officer,
D.R.M.'s Office, North Western Railway,
Power House Road, Jaipur".
"Application for recruitment in PB 5200-20200 + Grade Pay 1800 (erstwhile Group 'D') post under Scout & Guide Quota" should be written on the top of the envelop. Application will be received through General Section (DAK RECEIPT) D.R.M.'s Office, Jaipur. The application form should not be entertained received through Courier/Registered A.D./Registered Dak/Speed post.

LAST DATE OF SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM :
Application should be submitted to Divisional Railway Manager's Office, Power House Road, Jaipur before 30.11.2012 at 17.00 hrs. by Ordinary Dak. The Application Form will not receive after last date.

What are the documents required to attach with the application form?

Following certified documents should be enclosed with application form :-
i) Date of Birth Certificate
ii) Certificates related to Scout & Guide
iii) Caste Certificate, if applicable.
iv) Postal Order Rs. 40/- in favour of Sr.Divisional Financiall Manager, North Western Railway, Jaipur Division (excluding SC/ST/Ex.Serviceman candidates) & mention number & date of Postal Order on the application.
v) Two Passport size photograph in Scout/Guide's Uniform duly signed on back side.
vi) Two self addressed envelopes (26X12cm size) having stamp of 5/- on One envelop and other without stamp.
vii) Attested copies of Caste Certificate of SC/ST/OBC ¼eligible for Central Govt. services) etc. which are issued by the competent authority (not below the rank of Tehsildar) in prescribed proforma.
viii) Candidates already employed in Central/State/PSU should submit their applications through proper channel duly submitting service certificate and "NO OBJECTION Certificate" from the employer.
