-Handling international reservations for US passengers
-Fare search and Availability
-Performing Telecheck-in
-Handling Back-office functions for frequent flyer program

Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills is a must
-Candidate should be comfortable working in complete voice process
-Candidates with Travel/International BPO background would be preferred.
-Undergraduates(HSC) with experience in Travel/BPO industry can also apply
-Candidate should be ready to work in night shifts(5.30pm-2.30am, 6.30 pm-3.30 am and 10pm-7am are the 3 shifts available right now)
