SMS/IVRS Booking : Book Anytime
IndianOil launches the newly enhanced Automated Unified System (AUS) of refill booking for the Indane customers of Major cities from 5th March 2011 onwards. This multimodal system, designed to make refill booking faster, simpler and more efficient, enables you to book your refills round the clock through SMS and IVRS supported dialing to xxxxxxxxxx

While using the system for the first time dial xxxxxxxxxx from your landline / mobile and proceed with the following steps as guided by voice response.

Select the language options ---> enter the phone number of you distributor with STD code ---> enter your consumer number ---> select from the options for booking refill ---> the system would provide you the reference for refill booking besides prompting you for registering your phone number.

For future booking, registered users can dial xxxxxxxxxx from the registered phone number and select an option through the interactive mode for a) refill booking or b) registering complaint or c) for status of the previous booking. If refill booking is opted for, the system would respond with the reference number for refill booking.

Process for Delhi :-
If you are using the SMS facility for the first time, then SMS IOC < STD Code + Distributor's Tel. Number > < Consumer Number > to xxxxxxxxxx.For example, in case the distributor's telephone number is 26024289 and consumer number is QX00827C, SMS shall be send as follow : IOC 1126024289 QX00827C. For subsequent bookings, send SMS IOC to xxxxxxxxxx.

Process for rest of the Country :-
To use the SMS booking facility kindly register your mobile number through IVR System . Once the registration is just done , simply book a cylinder by typing IOC to xxxxxxxxxx.

Indane customers can also walk into the distributor's premises and book a refill through the Fixed Wireless Phone.

Please note that your current modes of refill booking through TOMOGAS/SMS/USSD are now invalid and have been replaced with the above system with effect from midnight of 10th Feb.2011. In view of this new refill bookings are to be essentially made only through the system explained above.

Can I get refills without DGCC Book?

If DGCC booklet is not produced before the delivery boy, then the refill shall not be handed over to the customer. It should also be checked by the delivery boy that the DGCC serial No. printed on the cash memo is the same as that produced by the customer before delivering the cylinder.
