Job Description
1. Coordinate the work of Co-workers besides direct responsibility for supporting physical, emotional, intellectual and educational growth of children under charge.
2. Counselling children so as to ensure emotional stability and positivity.
3. Motivate children and be a team- member.
4. Administrative & organisational skills to promote educational & extra-curricular activities for children.
5. Have basic attitude to work for children in need
Compensation Offered:
1. Basic salary Rs.9000-12000/- depending upon the experience.
2. Medical re-imbursement up to one month’s basic salary in a year
3. One month performance based salary in a year
4. Free accommodation with hard furnishing with free electricity and water
5. Leave / Provident fund as per norms
Desired Candidate Profile
Masters Degree in Social Work /Psychology / Sociology or Post Graduation with good experience in the relevant field
