Job Description
The selected candidate would handle the following job responsibilities:
-Developing and managing systems for internal and external strategic communication
-Handling all Public Relation and Promotional Activities for the company.
-Responsible to develop and maintain relationship with institutions such as Banks, Donor organizations, Government and Non Governmental organizations, etc.
-Participate in various seminars, symposiums, events to increase the visibility of the company
-Managing relationships with foreign client and visitors from other MFIs
-Media Co-ordination for all Releases and Articles,
-Managing events and Launches, strategy formulation and planning for non- media and media activities

Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills :

Experience/ Education:

-10 -15 years of experience in Corporate Communication / Public Relations
-Public Relations/ Mass Communication degree from a prestigious institute

Skills:
-Good understanding of the social business space in general and microfinance in particular
-Track record of independently taking care of Corporate communication for a company
-Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
-Fluent in regional languages including Telugu, and Hindi
