Terms and Conditions :-
** "Name the Cricket Team of SUN" Competition is open to all individual members of the general public in India.

** By sending the SMS you are entering into the competition and you are accepting these terms and conditions.

** To enter the competition you must give your personal details and the name selected by you for the Team (In case you are a minor you are required to be represented by your natural / legal guardian and your guardian shall undertake to abide by these terms and conditions).

** You are responsible for all costs for sending your entry including the cost of the competition SMS.

** The name selected by you should have the word "SUN" as part of it. The name submitted shall be in English language only.

** The closing date of the competition is midnight 28.10.2012. Entries received after the date and time will not be considered.

** The winner will be entitled to a prize money of Rs.5,00,000/- and the said amount will be paid after deducting TDS. All other applicable taxes shall be borne by you. If more than one participant gives the same name, which is selected as winning entry the prize money will be equally shared between the winning participants.

** The winner will be notified within 15 days of the competition ending on 28.10.2012. The winner shall at his cost come to the office of SUN Network LTD Chennai in person and collect the prize money after executing the necessary documents.

** The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged. There will be only one winner in the competition and there are no runner-up prizes.
** You will be entitled to the prize money only if the entire name sent by you is used by us in full. You shall not have any right if we partially/in part use the name sent by you.

** The decision of the management of SUN TV Network LTD shall be final and binding upon you.

** Each participant warrants and represents that the name submitted is the original work of the entrant and has been lawfully obtained and created and the name does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy or publicity rights, or any other legal or moral rights of any third parties.

** We will not be held responsible if your entry does not reach us for any reason whatsoever.

** You hereby agree and undertake to assign the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the name submitted in your entry to Sun TV Network Limited exclusively for a period perpetual. You also hereby agree to sign any deed or document and do anything that you are required to do by SUN in order to give effect to this assignment and you acknowledge that you may not claim any prize to which you are entitled until this requirement is fully satisfied. In the event that a valid assignment does not occur in respect of your entry you hereby grant an exclusive perpetual irrevocable world-wide royalty-free license to SUN to use the name submitted in your entry for any purpose and also you hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless SUN and all its affiliates in respect of all losses, damages, expenses, costs and liabilities arising out of any claim by a third party that your entry infringes the third party's trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights. The winner shall not be entitled to any further amount apart from the said prize money.

** Participation in the competition shall not be valid and any entry will be void if it is prohibited or restricted by the local laws of the state in which the entrant is domiciled.

** The entire competition is governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Chennai, India.
