It is proposed to fill up the following positions purely on temporary basis at this Institute under the adhoc projects detailed below;

1. Name of the Project : “Outreach programme on Phytophthora, Fusarium and Ralstonia diseases of horticultural and field crops of IISR and sub project on Ralstonia”.
Name of the post : Senior Research Fellow

Essential qualification :
i) M.Sc. (Ag.) Plant Pathology/Agrl Microbiology/Biotechnology.

Essential qualification : Masters degree in Veterinary Science (MVSc)/ Fisheries Science (MFSc)/ Agronomy/Horticulture/Soil Science or any equivalent qualification.
Desirable qualification :
a)Experience in Implementation of Integrated Farming System Models, Sampling and analysis techniques.
b) Computer application/Diploma Certificate.
Emoluments : `16,000/- + HRA for 1st and 2nd year and `.18000/- + HRA for 3rd year.
Age limit (maximum) : 35 years for men; 40 years for women
