Job Description (Role & Responsibilities) :
1] Follow Standard Operating Procedures laid down for the Front Desk
** Engage with guests on a regular basis and build a relationship with them
** Attend to phone calls and take appointments
** Be conversant with all the therapies and provide information about the same to
** the guests
** Selling of gift vouchers and memberships to the guests
** Ensure that the cash bill is maintained in a secure manner and maintain
** accounts for the spa
** Seek feedback from guests about their experience
** Control costs by following laid-down procedures
2] Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
** Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness with the help of the
** housekeeping staff
** Deliver high quality & personalized service to the guests with the help of the
** therapists at the spa
** Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures
** Handle any guest grievances and bring it to the Spa Manager’s notice
** immediately
3] Maintain the reception area in an effective manner
4] Maintain inventory of all materials in the spa and ensure there is no pilferage or wastage

Training & Probation :
** Selected candidates will have to undergo a training programme at Pune
** Probation will be for 3 months

The profile of the candidate should be as following :
Age : 20 – 27 years
** Undergraduates can apply
** Smart & good looking
** Fluent in basic spoken and written English / Hindi
** Physically fit without any health disorders
