Applications are invited from Indian citizens for filling up the existing 01 (One) vacancy of U.R. category on temporary basis likely to be permanent, in the post of Inspector (Editor), Group ‘B’ in Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force. The posts have All India liability and selected candidate can be posted anywhere in India and even abroad. The selected candidate will have to complete the prescribed basic training successfully. On appointment, the candidate shall be governed by the ITBPF Act and Rules.

Pay Scale : Pay Band 2, Rs. 9300 – 34800 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/- per month.
AGE : 20 to 25 years.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : Degree from a recognised university or equivalent with Diploma in Printing from a recognized Institution.

SELECTION PROCESS :
The candidates whose applications are found to be in order shall be issued Admit Cards to appear in recruitment test. The date and place of recruitment test will be indicated in Admit card. Candidates will have to undergo the following tests;
(a) Checking of documents
(b) Physical Standard Test(PST)
(c) Written Examination
(d) Interview
(e) Merit List
(f) Detailed Medical Examination
(g) Appeal against rejection in detailed medical examination

What are the documents required to be attached with the application form?

Attested copies of following documents/certificates are required to be attached with the application form:-
a) Educational and professional (Diploma in Printing) certificates.
b) Date of birth Certificate (Matriculation or 10th Class Certificate or Certificate issued by National Open School /National Institute of OpenSchool as proof of date of birth)
c) Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/OBC Certificate (ifbelonging to any of these categories) issued by an authority not lower than Tehsildar or SDM/SDO. 4

Note: - SC/ST/OBC Certificate, as applicable, must be in prescribed proforma as given at Annexure – III & IV.

d) Domicile Certificate issued by local revenue authorities for verification of citizenship / for claiming relaxation in height and chest.
e) Discharge Certificate for Ex-Servicemen.
f) Two latest passport size photographs. (one pasted on application form and another on admit card)
g) IPO/Bank Draft/CRFS of Rs.50/- (applicable for all Candidates except Ex-servicemen and female).
h) One self addressed envelope of 4” x 9”size with Rs. 5/- postage stamp affixed on the envelope.
