4. Registered with Nursing Council as “A” Gr. Staff Nurse and Midwife.
Fee : D.D. for Rs. 200/- drawn in favour of in Medical Superintendent, L.B.S. Hospital.

How much fees for SC candidates?
The candidates except SC/ST, have to submit a D.D. for Rs. 200/- drawn in favour of in Medical Superintendent, L.B.S. Hospital, -which is not refundable along with application.
