Creation & maintenance of reports, Service level & Answered level, Productivity and Quality Review, Team briefing Pre/Post shift, Transaction monitoring, Feedback & Coaching, Maintain agent performance data for discussion every day, Structured One to One discussion with Team (Documented), Handling customer & client complaints, Work Ethics, Floor Activities for Team Motivation, Take calls frequently for team motivation, Manage breaks during shifts, Counseling, Staff Retention (Attrition Control), Team Meeting (Documented).

Desired Candidate Profile :
Creation & maintenance of incident reports, Customer facing experience of at least 2 years, Possesses good knowledge of quality standards and process deliverables to deliver client SLAs and meet set objectives, Maintaining performance ratings, getting productivity from the team, Well versed with Preparation of flow charts, process documents, operational reports etc, Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
