NOTE:
YOUR ADMISSION IS PROVISIONAL. IF IT IS FOUND LATER ON THAT YOU DO NOT FULFIL ANY OF THE ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONSAS PER NOTICE OF THE EXAMINATION, YOUR CANDIDATURE WILL BE CANCELLEDAND NO APPEAL AGAINST SUCH CANCELLATION WILL BE ENTERTAINED. YOU ARE THERFORE ADVISED TO CHECK CAREFULLY AND SATISFY YOURSELF THAT YOU FULFIL ALL THE CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. The candidate will be admitted to take the examination at the Center/venue specified in the Admission Certificate only and at no other Center/Venue.
2. The candidate will not be admitted to the Examination Hall if he/she is not possession of valid Admission Certificate containing his/her scanned photograph and signature.
3. No candidate would be admitted to the Examination Hall after commencement of the Exam nor will be allowed to leave before expiry of the Exam time.
4. The candidate should not bring any other paper except the Admission Certificate to the Examination Hall. Candidate must abide by the instruction given by Supervisor / Invigilator. Failure to do so or candidate found using or attempting to use any unfair mean shall be liable to such punishment as the Commission may decide to impose besides cancellation of candidature.
5. Candidate who are found to possess MobilePhone / Pagers / any other unauthorized electronic gadgets after commencement of the Examination inside the Exam Hall whether in use or not , will be deemed to have been using unfair means and would accordingly be liable to disciplinary action as deemed fit, including ban from future Examination conducted by SSC. Candidates are, therefore, advised in their own interest not to bring any of the banned items as described above, to the venue of examination as no arrangement are made at the Exam Centre for their safe keeping.
6. The corrections in the factual details of the candidate like Name, Date of Birth, Caste, Address etc., if any, shall be carried out by candidate himself / herself on the Answer Sheet and may be intimated to Regional Director, SSC (KKR), Bangalore separately through a letter by post.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
1. Inform discrepancy, if any, in the Scanned Photo/Signature and other particulars in writing.
2. Candidate may take their seat half an hour before the commencement of Examination in both sessions.
3. OBC candidates shall ensure that they are inpossession of valid OBC certificate as per format as prescribed in the notice of examination on or beforeclosing date of receipt of application form stipulated in the notice otherwise they would betaking the examination at their own risk.
4. Candidate may report about any irregularity at the examination venue to the Commission either on phone or in writing. Their identity would be kept confidential.

SC = Scheduled Caste HH = Hearing Handicapped
ST = Scheduled Tribe VH = Visually Handicapped
