For Sl No. 9-11 :
i) First or Second Class (55%) Master’s Degree in Social Work / Psychology / Psychiatric Nursing,
(ii) M. Phil. in PSW / Clinical Psychology / Medical & Social Psychology / Psychiatric Nursing,
(iii) Ph. D / D.Sc. in concerned specialty from a recognized Institutions / University.

For Sl No. 12-14 :
i) First or Second Class (55%) Master’s Degree in Social Work / Psychology / Psychiatric Nursing,
(ii) M. Phil. in PSW / Clinical Psychology / Medical & Social Psychology / Psychiatric Nursing.

For Sl No. 15-16 :
i) First or second Class (55%) Master’s Degree in concerned specialty and
(ii) M. Phil. in PSW / Clinical Psychology / Medical & Social Psychology from a recognized Institutions / University. RCI registration for the post of Clinical Psychologist will be compulsorily required.

What are the qualification required for above mentioned medical posts?

Essential Qualification:
For Sl No. 1 to 8 i) MBBS degree from a recognized University/ Institution (ii) PG degree in the concerned specialty from a recognized University/ Institution / MCI or equivalent recognized DNB qualification awarded by N.B.E. For SL No. 3 & 6: DM in Neurology of an Indian University or equivalent qualification recognized by the Medical Council of India.

Essential Experience:
For Associate Professor- 6 years as Tutor/ Demonstrator/ Senior Resident / Registrar / Lecturer after the requisite PG out of which at least 3 years as Assistant Professor. For Associate Professor (Neurology): 4(four) years teaching and/or research experience in a recognized teaching Institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of DM. Desirable: 2 Research/published work in indexed/national journals.

Essential Experience:
For Assistant Professor(Sl. No. 4-8) - 3 years experience in the concerned specialty as Lecturer / Tutor / Demonstrator/ Senior Resident after the requisite PG degree. For Assistant Professor (Neurology): 1(one) year teaching and/or research experience in a recognized teaching Institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of DM.

Note:
Teaching experience in any other post like the post of General Duty Medical Officer/ Medical Officer shall not be considered for eligibility purpose for recruitment to teaching posts.
