ASSIGNMENT AND ROLE :
JINDAL STEEL AND POWER LTD (JSPL), a JINDAL group company, in their Plate Mill, RAIGARH (Chhattisgarh) as COMPUTER TRAINEE (PPC).
The Coil and Plate Mill (CPM) is having capacity of 1 Million Tons/Annum and 3500 mm wider and 5 mm Thick plates can be produced. It has one 2 HI Reversible Roughing including Vertical Edger and one 4 HI Finishing Mill with Coiler Furnaces. Its Reheat Furnace is having a capacity of 200 TPH. After the mill one Upcoiler is for coiling and after that there is a heavy Plate Finishing Line having Hot Leveller, Divide Shear, Rotary Side Trimming Shear, End Shear, Sample Shear and responsible for fulfillment of orders

JOB DETAILS :
1) Working all the activates of PPC (Production Planning And Control)in Plate Mill like slab planning plates and coil planning and CTL (Cut To Length)planning in SAP and MES responsible for fulfillment of orders
2) Making slab casting plan, PLATE AND COIL rolling schedule, CTL cutting plan.
3) Preparing plate mill BTR (balance to roll) file daily basis.
4) Preparing daily production report.
5) Preparing daily finishing report.
6) Diversion plate and coil one order to another order.
7) Co- coordinating with marketing
