Coordination with architects, consultants and contractors.
Planning, survey, layout, overall execution of civil and services work.
Mix design and quality control.
Quantity survey and checking of sub-contractors' bills.
Material reconciliation.
Maintaining Quality formats and handing over finished work to the client.
Effective communication in English, efficiency in Primavera, Staad Pro and Microsoft Project.
