12th (Physics, Chemistry Maths) 70%
BE/MSc/ME/Mtech (CS) - 60%
Tech. Skills:
4+ yrs experience in Java, J2EE, JSP, XML, Java Servlets and JDBC programming
2+ yrs of experience in application servers, like Tomcat, Weblogic or Websphere
4+ yrs experience in RDBMS like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL
Experience in .NET architecture
Experience in MVC architecture using frameworks like Struts
Familiarity with open source architecture
Hands on experience with operating systems including Unix/Linux
Strong design skills
2+ yrs of experience of Use Cases, workflows
Experience in conducting requirements gathering
Soft Skills:Good communication skills, verbal and written
Good team player
Nice to have:
Ability to lead a team
Open for short term relocation
Experience with planning and effort estimation
