State Urban Development Agency (SUDA), U.P. invites applications for the following positions from Indian nationals for engagement on purely contractual basis at the SUDA, U.P. under Slum Free City Technical Cell under RAY (at the State Nodal Agency Level). The engagement will initially be for one year and may be continued subject to the performance of candidate.

1.Name of the post : MIS Specialist
No. of post : 1
Qualification : BE/B Tec Computer/Electrical, MCA/PGDCA in IT, MSc Computer Science
Experience : Minimum 5 year experience in govt./semi govt./autonomous organizations/private company of repute. Should have exposure to software development & project management, database management, MIS etc.

2.Name of the post : GIS Specialist
No. of post : 1
Qualification : Master degree in Planning, Engineering, Geography, Computer Science of Other relevant discipline
Experience : Minimum 5 year experience in demonstrated proficiency and creative application of GIS in the urban context, knowledge of urban planning & housing, ability to work with, motivated train Govt. staff

3.Name of the post : Town Planning Specialist
No. of post : 1
Qualification : Master Degree in Planning with specialization in Urban Planning
Experience : Minimum 5 year work experience in urban planning with experience of urban infrastructure projects & reform oriented projects is desirable.

4.Name of the post : Social Development Specialist
No. of post : 1
Qualification : Master degree in Social Science
Experience : Minimum 5 year work experience in social & community development, practical experience of working in the development areas, preferably in urban development & social sector reform and training & capacity building in social development and community participation processes.

5.Name of the post : Project Engineering Specialist
No. of post : 1
Qualification : Post graduate degree in Engineering with specialization in public health engineering
Experience : Minimum 5 year work experience in procurement, design and supervision of infrastructure work

6.Name of the post : Capacity Building / Training Coordinator
No. of post : 1
Qualification : Master of doctoral degree in Urban Planning and management, Social Science, with practical experience of working in the development areas, preferably in urban development
Experience : Minimum 5 year work experience in urban sector, wide knowledge and experience in implementation governance reform, Training in organizational behavior and management of institutional change processes, experience in designing capacity building activities, preferably in the municipal environment
