Age Limit : 18 to 32 years for General Candidates

Educational Qualification :
i) Passed matriculation or equivalent examination
ii) Must possess National Council for Training in Vocational Trades (NCTVT) Certificate in the relevant trade, failing which by ITI or equivalent Diploma / Certificate holder in the respective trade.
iii) For the post of Grinder, must possess National Council for Training in Vocational Trades (NCTVT) Certificate in the trades of Grinder or Machinist (Grinder), failing which by ITI or equivalent Diploma/Certificate holder in the respective trade.
iv) For the post of Millwright, must possess National Council for Training in Vocational Trades (NCTVT) Certificate in the trades of Millwright or Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance (MMTM), failing which by ITI or equivalent Diploma/Certificate holder in the respective trade.

Fees : Rs. 50/- (Rupees Fifty only) through crossed Indian postal order or crossed Bank Draft (Nationalized Bank) drawn in favour of General Manager Ordnance Factory Katni (M.P.)

Selection Criteria : The selection will be made strictly on the basis of merit. The selection process will comprise of;
(i) Written Test of 100 Marks
(ii) Trade Test (Practical)

What is the age Relaxation?

Relaxation in upper age limit :
i) Up to the period of trade apprenticeship training for ex-trade apprentices of Ordnance Factories.
ii) Up to 5 years for SC & ST candidates.
iii) Up to 3 years for OBC candidates (“Non – Creamy Layer” clause reflected in their caste certificate issued by the Competent Authority.)
iv) Up to 3 years in addition to the period of service rendered in the Defence Services for Ex-Servicemen on production of Discharge Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
v) Up to 10 years for persons with disabilities
vi) Up to 40 years for Departmental Candidates with 3 years continuous service. (Additional 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC).
