    Job Description
    The person should be self-driven, forward checked invoices for payment strictly as per the billing & contract cycle. Should be familiar with Studying Tender, Bill of Quantities, drawings etc.
    Quantity surveyor has to record the measurements of work done and to get such measurements checked from clients Engineers for the purpose of certification
    Prepare bill to be processed at sites for submission to clients.
    Based on checking of measurements, he has to follow up certification to be obtained from the certifying authority for payment and to check the correctness of the same as per contract provision.
    With the billed quantities of every bill, reconciliation of material to be carried out and put up to the Project Manager for corrective actions if any.
    To work out the quantity of new materials which is to be ordered out for timely procurement to use in the work items.
    To prepare piece workers bill periodically. Submit Monthly Statement to the RO. regarding Bill amount Claimed & amount Certified,
    To prepare the Bar â Bending Schedule and getting it approved by client, MIS reporting - daily, weekly & monthly reports etc, Preparation of the bills of sub-contractors, internal bills .

    Desired Candidate Profile
    Conversant with rate analysis, Billing methods and Cost analysis. The person should have excellent command over excel, Word & other billing related software.
