Position 1 : QA Engineer

Job Description :
Must have strong testing and software qualification skill on Web based Applications.

Job Description :
Minimum of bachelors degree in engineering from a reputed college / university.
At least 2 years of experience in developing UI widget/Module, preferably in consumer Internet domain.
Expertise in (X) HTML/CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Cross domain policy, JavaScript libraries such as JQuery, YUI and related UI technologies.
Excellent communication skills, good visual design sense, and understanding of user experience and workflow.

Position 3 : Java, J2EE Developers/ Engineers (Multiple Openings)
The candidate will be working on Tribal Fusion's core product using Java, J2EE, & Oracle Database. Candidates for this position should have the following skills.

Job Description :
The candidate should have a BE/B.Tech /M.Tech from IIT/RECBITS or any premiere institute in Computer Science/Electronics with minimum three (3)years of hands –on experience.
Expertise in writing server side Java code. Must have expertise in Core Java - multi- threading, RMI, transaction handling, data structures, distributed architecture & Servlets.
Good understanding or familiarity with standard data structures such as maps, collections, trees.
Experience in writing Oracle database code for persistent Java objects. This includes a strong understanding of JDBC and SQL. Experience using a framework such as Spring, Hibernate is a plus.

Position 4 : Product Analyst
The candidate will be working on Tribal Fusion's contextualization product using Scripting, SQL and core java and will be responsible for managing topic tree which is used in several products across the company.

Responsibilities :
Manage topic tree – An ontology which is focussed towards Advertiser's Interest. A hierarchical structure encompassing Top-Down approach to include relevant nodes across the hierarchy
Provide feasibility on structural changes – Research on any change request (how is node of interest to advertiser / marketing), system performance impact, are users interested in this new category
Manage data partner – Coordinating with the data partners to effectively map their data into our category structure. 3rd party is additional source of developing rich user-profile
Co-ordinate with technology team for implementation of various changes

Qualifications :
The candidate should have a BE/BTech /MTech from IIT/REC/BITS or any premiere institute with minimum 2 – 3 years of hands –on experience.
Good analytical and problem solving skills. Basic knowledge of scripting, sql and core java is required.
Good communication skills to interact and liaison with both technology and business teams.
Hands on experience in text mining, Natural Language Processing will be preferred
Prior experience in contextualization and/or behavioral targeting is a plus.

The candidate will be working on Tribal Fusion's contextualization product using Core Java, and SQL.

Responisibilities :
Impact analysis of any algorithmic change.
Ability to improve / maintain existing algorithms (Semantic algorithms)

Qualifications :
The candidate should have a BE/B.Tech /M.Tech from IIT/REC/BITS or any premiere institute with minimum 2 – 3 years of hands –on experience.

Should demonstrate product development experience using multi-threading, cross-jvm and collections framework.

Position 6 : TECH LEAD- AD SERVER
