ELIGIBILITY : Any eligible domicile of CG state fulfilling following criteria only can be apply for the post of Publicity Assistant.

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATION :
I. FOR OUTSIDE CANDIDATES :
(a) EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION : Degree in Journalism with 50% marks for UR category candidates and 40% marks for ST category candidates from any recognized University/ Institution.
(b) AGE LIMIT (As on 30 / 09 / 2012) : Maximum age limit will be 35 Years.

II. FOR DEPARTMENTAL CANDIDATES :
(a) EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION : Degree in Journalism from any recognized University/ Institution.
(b) EXPERIENCE : 05 Yrs. regular service in CSEB/CSPCL.
(c) AGE LIMIT : There is no maximum age limit for departmental candidates.

SELECTION PROCESS :
The selection will be based on written test of 100 marks followed by interview of 10 marks. The written test paper will be consist of 100 objective type multiple choice comprising of 80 subject related questions and 20 common question in the area of general awareness & reasoning. Candidates required to obtain minimum 40% marks for UR category and 30% marks for ST category in written test for eligibility to call for interview. Candidates will called for interview in the ratio of 1:5 from the merit list on the basis of marks obtained in the written test. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in written test and interview together.

APPOINTMENT :
Selected candidates will be appointed from the merit list in order of merit as Publicity Assistant as per the availability of vacant posts.

Application Fee : D.D./Banker's cheque in favour of "Assistant Manager (CAU), CSPHCL, Raipur" payable at Raipur (Chhattisgarh).
UR category : Rs. 500/-
ST category : Rs. 200/-

Is there any Application Fee for Departmental Candidate?

(i) Departmental candidates are exempted from application fee.

(ii) The ST candidates of CG state are required to submit permanent caste certificate issued by the competent authority of C.G. Govt. along with the application. The caste verification certificate issued by the High Power Caste Scrutiny Committee, constituted for scrutiny of caste certificate, is to be submitted at the time of interview or within 20 days after interview otherwise benefit of reservation will not be given and the applicant's candidature will be rejected.
