KEY PURPOSE : Provide pre sales assistance to customers by giving clarification on products, service, claims, tech support to purchase online.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
STRATEGIC
** Driving up sales volumes by converting more prospects (those who haven’t completed the online purchase) to customers.

FINANCIAL
** Assist customers in purchase.
** To meet individual sales targets on a weekly / monthly basis

PROCESS
** To provide product information about ARLIs online products
** To facilitate the online buying process
** To clarify queries and clear doubts while purchasing the policy online
** To provide Technical support (IT & Under-writing) / FAQs
** To take inbound advertisement calls

CUSTOMER
** Ability to engage with the customers and provide satisfactory resolution.

PEOPLE
** Ability to work in team for achieving and exceeding individual and team targets.

KEY CRITICAL COMPETENCIES
** High energy levels with initiative-taking approach.
** Ability to participate in effective and efficient implementation of new processes.

PROFILE
** Fresh Graduate or person with pre-sales/service assist experience of 1-2 years
** Must have working knowledge of computers & Internet
