Lifescapes 3rd Anniversary Contest :
Play Editor Contest to win 2 Night luxury holiday in a Private Pool Villa at Orange County Resorts.

Rules & Regulations :
1) How to Participate :
Beginning from 13th September, 2012 11.00AM, you can post as a comment your chosen caption, for this anniversary issue of Lifescapes, through the Facebook or Blog comment boxes.

2) Contest period :
"Lifescapes Anniversary Contest", will close on 12th of October, 2012 at 11.00AM.

3) Eligibility :
The contest is open to all readers of Lifescapes. Directors and employees of Orange County Resorts & Hotels Ltd. are not eligible to enter the contest. The contest is subject to applicable national, state and local laws and regulations of India. By posting a comment, you hereby agree to be bound by these Rules and Regulations.

4) Selection of contest winners :
A Lifescapes panel constituted by Orange County Resorts & Hotels Ltd will select "the most interesting title" for this particular issue of Lifescapes. The decision of the panel will be final.

5) Contest prize :
The winner of the contest has the option to choose either 2 nights stay in a Private Pool Villa at Orange County, Coorg or 2 nights stay at a Pool Hut at Orange County, Kabini. The validity of the prize will be from 2nd January, 2013 to 29th March, 2013. The stay includes accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, nature activities and taxes.

Reservations subject to availability. Nature activities include Guided Bird Watching & Coracle Ride for Orange County, Kabini or Guided Plantation Tour, Guided Nature Walk and Guided Bird Watching for Orange County, Coorg.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption will be made. If this prize cannot be awarded for any reason, Orange County Resorts & Hotels Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value.

6) Winner notification :
The winner of the contest will be announced before 26th October, 2012 11.00AM through the following means :
E-mail :
An e-mail will be sent to the winner through the e-mail ID provided by the contestant while posting the caption in the blog comment box.
Facebook Posts :
The winner will be announced on the Facebook page of Orange County Resorts
Lifescapes Home Page :
The winner will be announced on the home page of Lifescapes
Issue of Lifescapes after the winner announcement :
The winner will be announced in the issue of Lifescapes mailer, immediately following the winner announcement

Orange County Resorts & Hotels Ltd. is not responsible for any errors in the e-mail address entered by the participants while posting the comment. The prize should be utilized by the winner within the stipulated validly period of the prize.

The winner will have no claim over the prize if the same is not claimed within 30 days of the announcement of the winner.

Ownership/use of contest entry :
By submitting a contest entry, you hereby agree to grant Orange County Resorts & Hotels Ltd. an unlimited, worldwide, perpetual license and right to publish and use the contest entry in any way, and in all media, without limitation.

Contestants further grant Orange County Resorts & Hotels Ltd. the right to use their names in connection with their respective contest entries for advertising, marketing or contest related purposes.

General Conditions :
Should multiple users of the same e-mail account enter the contest and a dispute thereafter arise regarding the identity of the contestant, the authorized account holder of the said e-mail account at the time of entry will be considered the entrant.

An "Authorized account holder" is defined as the person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or any other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification.

Orange County Resorts & Hotels Ltd. is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, damaged, or lost entries. Orange County Resorts & Hotels Ltd. reserves the right, in its sole discretion to terminate, modify, cancel or suspend this Contest (or any portion thereof), should fraud, errors, or other causes beyond its control, corrupt the administration, security or proper conduct of the Contest.

Orange County Resorts & Hotels Ltd. reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his or her entries) who tampers with the entry process.
