Elan 2013 Technical and Cultural Fest :
ELAN, like its meaning "undying enthusiasm", is an abbreviation to Energize, Lavish, Amplify and Nurture the free-lance spirits of the students of IIT Hyderabad. It is a fete with a promise; a promise to render a plethora of opportunities without compromising on the merry-making that comes along with it.

In a world of unimaginable diversity, it stands out like a Mosaic at an exhibition. As promised in 2012, come 2013, it will be back! The difference being, last time, you were electrified...this time you'll be meshed in its aura and like it or not, it'll get you! So gear up and patronize yourselves, because you are bound to be awestruck!

Elan is fast on its way to becoming one of the highlights of the year, of the city of Hyderabad and all of India. In this celebration of human skill, creativity and pure undiluted awesomeness, it is vital that all participants be able to give it their all, for all the events.

We assure you that your short stay with us will be fun, secure and comfortable. Our team will be available round the clock to make you feel at home to address your every need.

Accommodation :
Accommodation during the Workshops and Festival (18th-20th January 2013) will be provided. Mattresses, pillows, buckets and mugs will be provided once accommodation is confirmed.

Rules :
This is to inform you about the rules to be followed in the IITH campus, to make Elan-13 a hassle-free and fun filled experience for everyone.
** Kindly carry your college ID card and IITH Registration card in the campus.
** Any kind of misbehavior will not be tolerated and will be dealt with, strictly.
** Frisking is done for security reasons. Kindly cooperate.
** Security personnel are not responsible for any of your personal belongings.
** Security personnel reserve the right to refuse your entry at any point of time if they deem it unsafe.
** Kindly cooperate with ELAN-13 team.
** The accommodation fee & deposit may be paid at the time of registration, deposit will be refunded at the time of check out if the registration card is submitted back.
