2. Responsible for Site Survey, Design development & Shop drawing & sample Approvals etc.
3. Responsible for the execution as per the Approved shop drawing
4. Preparation of RA Bills by taking on site measurement & submit to the client.
5. Checking of the contractors RA bills & quality of the executed work.
6. Prepare & Release total Material Takeoff etc. Manpower and material planning effectively.
7. Coordination with client, Architect/Consultants and concerned depts.etc.

- Planning For Execution, Supply & dispatch up to handover of the project.

1) Project Scheduling by using Microsoft Project.

2) Update the schedule as per the project conditions & arrange PRM (Project Review Meetings) to expedite project status.

3) Effective interaction with internal department like project, design, purchase, store & dispatch etc.

4) Finalizing organization chart & subcontractors/vendors for particular project under the guidance of seniors.

5) Responsible for submission of samples of ACP, Glass, Access. Etc. & their approval.
6) Total material control & follow up with depts. as monitoring dept. person.

8) Visit to the concerned sites to carry PRM & responsible for carry out timely, qualitative execution work.
