11th National Youth Day Competition 2013 :
Sri Ramakrishna Vijayam, the Tamil Monthly, is conducting the 11th National Youth Day Competition. This time it is Learn Swamiji by heart competition either English or Tamil.

For this competition students are grouped into 3 divisions.

The number of quotations, division wise is given below.
** Division 1 - Classes 3,4,5 : Students - 25 Quotations
** Division 2 - Classes 6,7,8,9 : Students - 50 Quotations
** Division 3 - 10,11,12 / College : Students - 75 Quotations

Please ask your students to memorize the quotes of Swami Vivekananda given in the booklet (see end of page) accordingly. Students may choose either to recite clearly or write down neatly the quotes from their memory.

For the benefit of the students, we request you to conduct this competition in your institution itself.

Prizes will be awarded, division wise, to the first three of those who recite or write down the maximum number of quotes from their memory. In this way, every participating institution will get at least 3 prizes.

Points to Note :
** No Admission fee.

** Students can choose either Tamil or English quotes.

** Individuals can NOT directly take part in this competition. Only Educational Institutions or any Children/Student Organizations can conduct this competition.

** Write to us your requirements of the booklets containing the quotations and we will send them free of cost.

** It is enough if 300 students participate in this competition from your institution. If, however, more students show interest you can either take photocopies of the booklet or can write to us for more booklets.

** Distribute the booklets to the participating students and ask them either to write or to recite the quotes. Conduct this competition at your convenience before Nov 20th, 2012 in your institution.

** Send the results of the competition with the details of the first 3 prize winners, along with the number of students who had participated in each division before November 30th
