National Buildings Construction Corporation Limited (A Government of India Undertaking), Central Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Urban Development requires the following on contract basis initially for a period of one year extendable by one more year at a time.

1.Name of the post : Estate Manager
No. of post : 1
Minimum Qualification : Graduate in any discipline.
Maximum Age As On 1.10.2012 : Should not be more than 55 years age
Minimum Post Qualification Experience : 3 years minimum experience of general administration. Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in maintenance and security of housing / commercial complex.
Pay : Consolidated salary Rs 60,000 per month

2.Name of the post : Deputy Estate Manager
No. of post : 1
Minimum Qualification :Graduate in any discipline.
Maximum Age As On 1.10.2012 : Should not be more than 50 years age
Minimum Post Qualification Experience :3 years minimum experience of general administration. Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in maintenance and security of housing / commercial complex.
Pay : Consolidated salary Rs 50,000 per month

3.Name of the post : Deputy Estate Manager

Minimum Qualification :Degree/diploma in Civil or Electrical Engineering
Maximum Age As On 1.10.2012 : Should not be more than 65 years age
Minimum Post Qualification Experience :3 years Experience in maintenance of residential township / commercial complex.
Pay : Consolidated salary Rs 50,000 per month

4.Name of the post : Project Executive (Horticulture)

Minimum Qualification :M.Sc (Horticulture)
Maximum Age As On 1.10.2012 : 27 years
Minimum Post Qualification Experience :2 years Horticulture experience in residential township/commercial complex.
Pay : IDA Pay scale (E-0 Level) - Rs 12600- 32500

5.Name of the post : Junior Executive (Horticulture)

Minimum Qualification :B.Sc (Horticulture)
Maximum Age As On 1.10.2012 : 25 years
Minimum Post Qualification Experience :2 years Horticulture experience in residential township/ commercial complex.
Pay : IDA Pay scale Rs 9760/- 3% increment open ended
