    DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS :
    Position Overview :
    To assess need, create, customize and execute delivery of training programs for bottlers, distributors, key customers and potential employees of the key customers. This is to be achieved by building a network of associates and service providers that have the knowledge and skills to develop and deliver quality, relevant training programs to our key stakeholders as well as leveraging the knowledge of the system to create in-house programs to suit business need.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS :
    Provide and enhance the CCU relationship with the CBO, FBO, Distributors, Suppliers to build strong partnering relationships based on the delivery of high quality relevant training programs.

    In partnership with CBO & FBO work with & assist in the building of their organizations capability as per business priority. Ensure that the programs are delivered flawlessly and as per Bottler specifications and maintain excellence in execution through the bottling team.

    In partnership with the appropriate party assist in identifying the short term and long term capability development needs and then assist in developing most appropriate program. Develop the courses that meet the needs of our partners. Work closely with the Agency providers and translate in vernacular for assimilation.

    Manage relationships with external providers understanding who can provide programs that are suitable for inclusion into the program and follow-up on the delivery, quality and timelines. Assist in customize appropriate external courses in an efficient and cost-effective way

    Manage the scheduling of all training programs ensuring the most capable trainer is delivering the course and ensure the scheduling is done in the most cost effective manner. Initiate and execute Train the Trainer program to the external consultants and FBO Training Managers on the key programs. Deliver training programs as appropriate area of expertise.

    Leverage technology to best deliver skill enhancement opportunities. Maintain high standards of delivery and enhance the Reactionaries Scores. Collate, Analyze and report the scores / training metrics at regular intervals.

    Plan, Implement and Maintain the process elements for maintenance of Training venue. Initiate the plans for running the venue flawlessly through excellence service delivery.

    JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES :
    FMCG Operations Knowledge, Exposure to FMCG Distributors/Sales Training, and tools to measure the effectiveness .
    Ability to take initiative, plan and execute end to end programmes,Ability to develop and sustain relationships.
    Ability to design, develop contents and facilitation of training programmes.

    Quality of training delivery
    Developing good relations with the FBOs by being sensitive to their workplace environment

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION : MBA or Masters degree with specialization in HR

    MINIMUM RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : 4-7 years

    LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS (IF ANY) : minimum English and Hindi, any additional language is an advantage
