Job Description
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager of the company, you are looking after the maintenance
operations of India west region (Mumbai, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh). Your key target
is to minimize machines breakdown by carrying out a proper maintenance plan, ensure responsiveness
in case of curative maintenance, optimize the stock of spare parts and ensure their availability at every
time.
Your major tasks and responsibilities will be:
· To manage both preventive and curative maintenance activities for all project sites of the region
you are affiliated to;
· To ensure the production teams have machines in good running conditions at every time;
· To propose and carry out the maintenance plan in line with the manufacturer instructions and
machines running conditions;
· To carry out curative maintenance with responsiveness and efficiency;
· To keep for each machine a proper history of maintenance actions carried out including related
cost monitoring;
· To report on a daily basis the problems faced on machines and work done;
· To report on a monthly basis the maintenance activity per site, for the region, with a
maintenance cost monitoring and analysis;
· To monitor spare part inventories and guarantee min/max stock levels;
· To ask for quotations in case of spare parts needs and issue related purchase requests;
· To develop a network of local suppliers for spare parts and optimize both purchasing price and
delivery time;
· To carry out proper maintenance before any equipment moves to another site;
· To take in charge equipment demobilization and relocation with support of the logistical team.

Desired Candidate Profile
· Diploma (mechanical engineering)
· At least 4 years of experience in the machinery maintenance field
· Good written and oral English
· Good ability for analysis and reporting
· Good skills at Microsoft Excel
· Well organized, autonomous, flexible
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
