Job Description
a. Visualizing practical aspect of project start, execution, completion, commissioning and handover by detail study of its drawings and specifications.
b. Micro level planning of the project.
c. Prepare and update master construction schedule.
d. Prepare daily activity schedule.
e. Drawing up strong logic of timeline schedule on MS Project.
f. Foreseeing contingencies and drawing up alternate plans for mitigation.
g. Drawing up material procurement plan, labour deployment plan, identifying critical labour inputs, equipment requirement and deployment plan.
h. Monitoring the progress of the project on day to day basis and reporting the same to HO.
i. Preparation of weekly & monthly progress reports.
j. Monitoring the productivity of labour & Plant-Machinery and taking corrective actions to improve the same.
k. Assisting the Project Manager in day to day activities of the project and coordinating with the clients for early release of drawings and work fronts.
l. Setting monthly targets for site execution and monitoring on the same on daily basis.
m. Preparation of MIS and presenting to the higher management.

Desired Candidate Profile
Level of Education - BE Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience - For BE Civil minimum of 5 yrs in planning of roads or metro projects or if Diploma Civil with 8 yrs relevant experience
