Description :
In project composes of planning, Analysis, Design and Estimation of two storied Residential building.Hence earth quake resistant construction .We have designed our building according to earth quake resistant design codes of IS 4326.We also have provided only short walls in the building.Good ventilation is also provided.The stair case is modified and its provided as stair case room as per codes.It is constructed as a load bearing structure as in my project as a residential building and it economical.
