Junior Engineers (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Quantity Surveying and Contract) Exam., 2012- declaration of final result

Staff Selection Commission conducted an open competitive examination for recruitment to the post of Jr. Engineers (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Quantity Surveying and Contract) Exam. 2012 on 8.4.2012 on all India basis. Interview/Personality Tests of the candidates who had qualified in the written examination were conducted. Following is the list of 1970 candidates recommended for appointment to the post of Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical and Mechanical) subject to thorough verification of their eligibility conditions in all respects and correctness of the information furnished by them in their applications.

ii. Explanation for Post Code - A-JE(Civil), B-JE(QS&C), C-JE(Electrical) and D-(Mechanical).
iii. In CPWD and MES for the posts of JE (Electrical) and JE(Electrical and Mechanical) respectively, all those candidates were considered who had qualified in Written Examination in either Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and were otherwise eligible.
iv. Category, Preferences for Department/Posts of the candidates were taken from the Verified Data sent by Regional Offices.

3. As per Notice of the Examination, in cases where more than one candidate secured equal aggregate marks, tie was resolved by applying the following methods one after another:-
(1) Total marks in the written examination.
(2) Marks in Paper-II
(3) Marks in Paper-I
(4) Date of birth, with older candidates placed higher.
(5) Alphabetical order in the first names of the candidates appear.

It may be noted that the Commission undertakes post-examination analysis of performance of candidates to identify candidates who have resorted to malpractices and cancels the candidature of such candidates. The final result of this examination and marks placed on website are subject to such analysis and follow-up action.

Detailed result of this examination with marks of the qualified and non-qualified candidates is available on SSC's Website: http://ssc.nic.in. If any candidate is desirous of representing about his selection/allotment, he/she may represent to the undersigned on or before 01.10.2012. Representations received thereafter will not be examined.

I have got selected in MES written exam conducted by SSC. I want to ask that where will be conducted the interview.

Only those candidates who secure at least the minimum qualifying marks in the written examination as may be fixed by the Commission at its discretion, will be eligible to appear at the Interview. The interview will be held at places as may be decided by the Commission.

I have got selected for the junior engineer exam conducted by SSC. When will I get the appointment order?

A candidate in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary may be admitted to the Examination but the offer of appointment will be given only after the necessary eligibility certificate has been issued to him by the Government of India.

Success in the examination confers no right of appointment unless government is satisfied after such enquiry as may be considered necessary that the candidate is suitable in all respects of appointment to the service/post.

I have completed diplomo in civil engg &now i'm in final year of BE.I have selected for appointment of JE(civil) in mes .Later i got a letter from SSCSR, Chennai that "in which they conclude that your candidature is cancelled because of lack of experience in civil engg works.",But i didn't give any option towards je civil in mes . Can't they give any post in je quantity surveying &contract section for which no experience is required please give proper reply.
