Job Description
Construction Management/ Estimation / Tender Planning
* Supervising construction activities handling Pre-Tender Correspondences with Clients, Consultants & raising Tender Queries to avoid any discrepancies
* Coordinating with Procurement Department to finalize the Subcontract packages for the post contract works
* Managing Tender preparation, preparation of WBS/ CBS, Risk Analysis Statement, Implementation of ISO Norms for Estimation of projects
* Monitoring the requirements of the project site & keeping coordination with Site Management team
Contract Administration & Management
* Interpretation of contractual obligations & rights and evaluation of Technical / Financial problems
* Executing civil and architectural projects & managing technical teams of architects, designers and engineers
* Anchor construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output
* Work in close coordination with the vendors/ contractors and ensure that materials received are in accordance with the quantity & quality
* Framing tenders,contract clauses,technical scrutiny of proposals,scrutiny of bills, contract correspondence etc.,
Project Planning & Management
* Handling project Evaluation, Analysis of cost & benefit
* Finalization of requirements and specifications in consultation with collaborators / promoters and project scheduling including material & manpower planning
* Participating in project review meetings for tracking project progress & de-bottlenecking & implementation of QA/QC procedures as per norms and standards
* Liaising with external agencies, clients, architects & consultants for determining technical specifications, approvals for execution & obtaining on-time clearances
* Overall planning, scheduling, monitoring and management of project including works scheduling, monitoring progress of work to ensure timely completion without any cost and time overrun
