it is part of versata which had acquired many troubled companies at throw away price and fires almost all of the employess and asks the remaining to work as contract employees through odesk.com, including the employees of trilogy.

recently i heard that it had acquired think3 and is trying to close down indian operations even without paying for more than 6 months of salary backlogs to employees.
versata has been delisted from nasdaq sensing their corporate fraud attitude.

there is no job security...
