Production Executive
Location : Mumbai, India
We are looking to add an enthusiastic professional production executive to our team who must be able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision, and be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends. Below is the job role.
Event Planning and Production :
Be able to design (help the designer) and budget the projects.
Knowledge regarding set/stage design
Assist with managing on-site production and clean up for events as necessary.
Close out all events as required.
Aggressively gather information on each project to achieve quality event productions.
Conduct research, make site visits, and find resources to help staff make decisions about event possibilities.
Assist with negotiations for space contracts and book event space, arrange food and beverage, order supplies and audiovisual equipment, make travel arrangements, order event signs, and ensure appropriate décor (florals, linens, color schemes, etc.) to meet the quality expectations of the clients.
Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process.
Serve as liaison with vendors on event-related matters.
Assist with preparing budgets and provide periodic progress reports to staff directors for each event project.

Social Media Marketing Internship
Location : Mumbai, India
We are looking forward to train and recruit a team of interns or Social media department. They will be trained by our MBP STRATEGY team from LA. The interns will also gain hands on experience by assisting in client social media marketing projects.
The intern will be responsible for the following tasks :
Basic Knowledge of social media tools and platforms
Hands on experience with Facebook, YouTube, Google+ and tweeting
Ability to design campaigns and execute them – required training will be given by Social media Director
Excellent marketing and presentation skills
Excellent Internet research and communication skill
Fast learner, sincere, good communicator
Graphic design skill preferred
Available for coordination with our US office
Must be detail oriented, team player and technologically savvy
