Required for a leading Operation & Maintenance company from Oil & Gas industry in State of Qatar- Condition Monitoring Technicians- 20 nos.
Salary range : QR 5000 to QR 5300 + accomodation with wi-fi connection + Food + yearly ticket + spot bonus.

JOB PROFILE : Experience in maintenance of major rotating equipment: Turbines, compressors, pumps, fans, blowers, extruder, expanders etc., leading the team of technicians in overhauls / servicing. Exposure of pre commissioning / commissioning of rotating equipment in oil refiner/ petrochemical plant. Exposure on mechanical seal API plans, bearings, fits & tolerances.

Professional Strength
** Knowledge in the Vibration Monitoring of Rotating Equipments by using Snapshot-IS, Snapshot-CE,CSi 2120,CSi 2130, Reciptrap Survey, ADRE Survey for Bently Nevada Protection System with System1 Software and analysis using RBM ware.
** Cold and hot work permits etc.
** Preparing Reports for collected data’s and updating it to CBM net.
** Knowledge in using Magnification of straight probe 17X and side probe 11X etc.
** Corrosion Monitoring and Predictive maintenance of Pipelines and Static equipments by using Ultrasonic Thickness gauge ETM-1.
** Collection of daily trending data’s of critical equipments including temperature, process parameters by using watch keeping unit IS
** Knowledge in maintenance and operation of various types of pumps, gearboxes, conveyor systems, elevators, heat exchangers and industrial equipments.
** Supervisory skills in managing large number of workmen, planning and executing, maintenance skills in inspection of work and machine parts.
Knowledge in Permit to work system, Safety procedure, plan to work, knowing hazardous, PPE, Alarms,

Work Details
PUMPS :
1. Preventive and shutdown maintenance in various types of pumps including centrifugal (Single stage & Multistage, overhand and between, horizontal and vertical split) Plunger, Piston, gears, screw pumps etc.
2. Replacing and maintenance of all types of seals in pumps including all types of mechanical seals like multi spring, coil spring , flexible arcq, bellow, double seals (Back to Back, Face to Face, Tandem arrangements)
3. Replacing the rotor and maintaining its center and thrust according to the manufacturer instructions.
4. Having knowledge in all types of alignments like Reverse, Rim & Face.

COMPRESSOR :
1. Preventive and shutdown maintenance in Compressors like Centrifugal Compressors.
2. Repair and replacing its sealing arrangements.
3. Check all the clearances in reciprocating compressors according to its design dimensions.
4. Replacing Screw and set timing gears at allowable back-lash and thrust.
5. In centrifugal compressor replace floating seals, rotor and damaged labyrinths.

TURBINES :
1. major contribution to mixing chamber replacement,inner casing replacement
2. disassemling and assembling of Siemens gas turbines and GE gas turbines
3. installation and setting of mixing chamber and inner casing, replacement of blades
4. Attending all types of jobs in steam turbine including single stage and multistage.
5. Repairing its steam sealing (Carbon or labyrinth system)
6. Replacing whole rotor and maintaining designed clearances in between nozzle and rotor and stationary blades.
7. Maintenance experience in its governing system ad tripping system.

GEAR BOXES
1. Adjusting back lash and center in increasing and reduction gear boxes.
2. Replacing and maintaining its various types of bearings like plain and antifriction bearings.

1. All types of maintaining jobs in F.D. and I.D. Fans in furnaces and boilers.
2. Shoot blower maintenance in furnaces.

VESSALS :
1. Spading and de-spading
2. Opening man ways
3. Removing and fixing back demister pad
4. Removal and re fixing the internals

COLUMNS :
1. Opening man ways
2. Removing trays internal grids / mesh
3. Repair works, replacement of mole-sieve.

EXCHANGERS :
1. Tube testing
2. Shell testing
3. Final testing
