Job Description
The candidate should be able to prepare Manufacturing and Fabrication Drawings of Components on AutoCAD 2008.
-The candidate should be able to prepare Assembly Drawings and Bill of Materials for the manufacturing drawings.
-He should be able to carry out Development of Fabricated Components like truncated cones or inclined cones for Hydraulic Assemblies like spiral casing and draft tube etc.
-He should also be Conversant with Mechanical hardware items base on ISO and IS Standards and having a good Knowledge of steel and stainless steel materials.
Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate should be Mechanical Engineering and should have minimum 3-4 years Experience in the Design Engineer Department. Candidate having experience of working in Hydro Power Plant / Pumps design industry shall be given preference.

MAJOR PROJECT

Presently I am a part of the team for the project to Design and Assembly of “Pick ‘N’ Carry Crane” at “ITL SONALIKA” in Construction Equipment Division.
I was also a part of the team for the project to Design and Fabrication of Kinematic based robot that was capable of walking with kinematic links. The Kinematic based Robot was Designed in SolidWorks by me and fabricated to sustain and walk on uneven and hilly terrains.
