International BPO (dealing in tech support services, software solutions and IT services)

Location : Kolkatta, (West Bengal)

Vacancies/JD :
1. Sr. TSA (Sr. Tech Sales Associate) - For experienced candidates in International KPO, preferable candidates having experience in Outbound Process. Inbound can also be considered.
2. TSA (Tech Sales Associate)- Experienced candidates preferred but fresher also considered provided with good communication skills.

Note :
i) For International- Excellent communication in English with good convincing power.
ii) For domestic- Candidate should be fluent in Bengali & Hindi with average English communication and willing to work in sales process.

Job Description for the Sales Process :
1) Handling International Clients from U.K and U.S.A/ Domestic Clients.
2) Making the client's aware of our Products and Services.
3) Selling our Products and services to our end clients through voice process.
4) Troubleshooting their problems, if any. (TECH SUPPORT)
5) Handling the grievances of the international/domestic clients and be a solution maker to them. (RETENTION/CUSTOMER CARE)

Requirements : 150 TSA (urgent)
Shift Timings : Sales Process-
International Process :
U.K : 4.00pm-1.00am (drop provided within 25 km of range)
U.S- 9.30pm -6.30am

Domestic Process : 10.00am-7.00pm
Salary : Best in the industry + incentives

* All experienced candidates will be under the direct payroll of the Company and will be eligible for their salary from the very first day of their joining.
* For freshers they would be undergoing 18 days of training and would be eligible for a stipend.
