Minimum Experience Required :
Experience of which 5 years should be in a site/project management capacity with reputed construction companies like L&T, on a fast track building construction like hotels, hospitals, utility buildings, residential and commercial complexes. Should possess good verbal and written communication skills. Able to co-ordinate well between civil work, finishes, interior decorations and building services. Capable of handling large work force on civil construction work. Conversant with Primavera/MS Project, Planning Software. Previous Gulf Exp. And Gulf driving licence will be given preference.

Civil Engineer
BE/Dipl. (Civil)
Minimum Experience Required :
10 Yrs. Exp. In constn. Engineering at site with reputed construction companies like L&T on fast track building construction like hotels, hospitals, and utility buildings, residential and commercial complexes. Well versed in setting out building finishes, services coordination, bar bending schedules, site supervision and labour control. Good communication skills are essential. Pervious Gulf exp. And Gulf driving licence will be given preference.

Civil Engineer Jr.
Degree/Diploma Civil Engineers
Minimum Experience Required :
5 Years experience in earth/road works and RCC foundation, structural steel works and general building works. Good written English communication is essential.

Civil Foreman
Dip. Civil Engineering or Foreman with good knowledge of all civil works and conversant in English
Minimum Experience Required :
With exp. in masonry, shuttering, marble tiles, steel fixers) earth works, concrete works, block works, structural steel works, roofing, road & paving, tank pads & bunds and general activities associated with civil & building works

Electrical Engineer Buliding
BE/B.Tech. 10 Yrs. Exp.
Minimum Experience Required :
In execution and estimation of electrical construction, supervision and inspection of electrical installation related to specific building services such as interior & exterior lighting dimmer control system, etc. He should be able to liaise with clients/consultants, local authorities and guide team of junior electrical personnel to achieve timely completion of projects. Those having Gulf. Exp. & Gulf Driving Licence shall be given preference.
