2. You are requested to bring with you all the original certificates in respect of your qualification (Mark sheets & Certificates), Proof of Age, Caste (SC/ST/OBC), PH, Experience, etc. and also attested copies of each of these certificates, which will be retained in this office for record. SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates must bring the certificate in the proforma prescribed by the Govt. Duly filled in RT-4 Form (attached) shall also be brought at the time of Interview.
3. In case you are employed in Govt Dept / Public Sector Undertaking, you must bring NOC from your present employer, failing which you may not be allowed for interview.
4. You shall paste your photograph (the same one pasted by you while applying for the Post) on this Call Letter with photograph duly signed thereon (a portion of your signature must be on your photograph). You shall bring the original of this Call Letter with you and handover the same at the Reporting Venue, which will be taken back from you for necessary processing and will not be returned to you. You may therefore keep a photocopy of this Call Letter with you for your own use in future. No photo copy will be done by HEC.
5. You may please appear for the Interview only after ensuring that you fulfill all the eligibility criteria prescribed in the Advertisement mentioned at Ref. above. Your candidature with respect to eligibility is provisional and subject to further detailed verification. Your candidature may be rejected at any time in future, if you are found ineligible for the post for any reason.
6. Outside candidates shall be paid return railway fare limited to Sleeper Class Railway fare by the shortest route from the normal place of residence or the place from where actual journey has been performed, whichever is nearer to the place of interview. The payment shall be made on production of documentary evidence of inward journey.
7. If any declaration given or information furnished by you proves to be false at any later stage, or if you are found to have willfully suppressed any material information, your candidature / induction will be liable for termination and to such other actions as the Corporation may deem necessary.
