WALK-IN-INVERVIEW ON 17TH SEPTEMBER 2012

SAMEER has undertaken a project for design, development and commissioning/installation of ST Radar at Gauhati University, Assam. For the above project, SAMEER is looking for suitable persons for appointment as Principal Scientist/Sr. Research Scientist/Research Scientist/Project Assistant etc on contract basis to work on the above project on contract basis for a period of two years.

Name of the post : PRINCIPAL RESEARCH SCIENTIST (ELECTRONICS)
No. of post : 01
Qualification : B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc in Physics/Electronics from reputed University with minimum 60% marks
Experience : 6 years experience in the field.
Salary : Consolidated pay package of Rs.38,500 per month.

Name of the post : SR. RESEARCH SCIENTIST (ELECTRONICS)

Qualification : B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc in Physics/Electronics from reputed University with minimum 60% marks
Experience : 3 years experience in the field.
Salary : Consolidated pay package of Rs.27,500/- per month.

Note :

ii) The above posts carry consolidated pay and appointment will be purely on contract basis for a period of two years
iii) Candidates have to appear for a written objective type test, if any.
iv) The staff appointed on contract basis will not have any claim or right for his/her continuity in service or automatic extension of the term of contract.
v) Selected candidates will be initially posted at SAMEER for a duration of one year and thereafter will be posted at site at Gauhati University, Assam, for the remaining tenure of employment
