DESIGNATION : SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT TRAINEE (SDT)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Evaluate, assess and recommend software solutions.Develop software, architecture, specifications and technical interfaces.
Develop user interfaces and client displays. Design, initiate and handle technical designs and complex application features.
Develop, deliver and test software prototypes, Websites developments & Web Designing.
Adhering and contributing to development policies, procedures and standards.
Instructs, assigns, directs and checks the work of other software developers to ensure that the work performed meets the needs to the application users. May schedule and coordinate projects as needed. May also be involved in the vision and design of a project.
Works with technical staff to understand and analyze complex software problems and develops specifications to resolve them.
Package : 10-15K after successful completion of probation period (3 Months). Before probation period stipend between 4k-7k.

QUALIFICATION : MBA IN HR WITH OR WITHOUT EXPERIENCE.

Responsible for organizing college placement.
Responsible to fulfill the assigned target within the given period.
