PROVISIONAL RESULT OF WRITTEN EXAMINATION
EMPLOYMENT NOTICE NO.2/2010 DATED 16.12.2010

1. Candidates who had appeared in the written examination conducted on 6.05.12, 13.05.12, 27.05.12, 3.06.12, 10.06.12, 24.06.12 at Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Indore may know the status of their result on our website www.rrc-wr.com. The result of successful candidates is only provisional.

2. While due care has been taken in preparing the result, due to database/inadvertent human errors, RRC/Western Railway reserves the right to rectify mistakes and omissions, if any, at later stages of selection procedure.

3. Provisionally qualified successful candidates will be informed separately with regards to Dates and Venue for Physical Examination Test (PET) to be held tentatively in last week of October 2012.

4. This is only the provisional result and NOT the FINAL PANEL, and qualifying the same or calling of the candidate for PET, Document Verification and Medical Examination does not entitle any candidate for appointment in Railway Services.

5. Qualifying the PET is mandatory for a candidate to be called for Document Verification. Male candidates would be required to run for a distance of 1500 meters in six minutes in one chance and female candidates would be required to run for a distance of 400 meters in three minutes in one chance.

6. No repeat/second chance/relaxation shall be entertained for any candidate. Similarly, there will be no adjustment of Venue or Date.

7. Railway administration shall not be liable or responsible for any loss/injury/damage, whether direct or consequential, suffered or incurred by any candidate during the conduct of PET.

8. Candidates are advised to keep all their original documents and certificates in prescribed format duly signed by appropriate authority in readiness. They must bring their original documents at the time of PET and Document Verification. Candidates are also advised to bring one complete set of their documents (Xerox copy) with them at the time of PET and Document Verification. OBC candidates shall bring latest OBC certificate with CREAMY LAYER clause duly signed by appropriate authority. Candidates may download the formats of certificates from the links given the website.

9. Final panel/merit shall be prepared on the basis of result of written examination, PET, medical examination and Document Verification.

10. RRC/Western Railway reserves the right to declare any candidate successful or delete his name from the notified result/panel at any stage of the selection procedure, if any discrepancy or malpractice is noticed or brought to the notice of RRC at any stage and the decision of the RRC in the matter shall be final. Candidature is also liable to be rejected in cases of fraud/proxy by the candidates at any stage of selection procedure and the decision of RRC/Western Railway in the matter shall be FINAL.

11. RRC will not entertain any individual queries in this regard.
