General Instructions for Online Registrations :
1. Carefully choose the application you want to apply for through online from the homepage and proceed by entering all the details required as part of the application.
2. Candidates are required to have a valid personal e-mail ID. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying online
3. . The name of the candidate or his/ her father/ etc should be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the certificates issued from other council or MCI.
4. After submission of application, the system will ask to preview the detail. Please ensure to check the details no request for edit will be allowed after the proceed button is clicked
5. After you click the submit button your LOGIN is created and your login detail will be mailed at your registered email id as mentioned in the application form. In case due to any reason you are not able to make the payment or upload the documents, please login with login details as mailed to you email Id after finishing the signup. After Login the option for Retry Payment and Retry Documents is shown on clicking you are able to finish the process and acknowledgement is generated.
6. After you click the proceed button system will ask you to choose the payment method. You can make the payment online or payment through Bank Draft. If the Payment is through draft then make sure that draft is ready in advance as per Fees Structure. Please make sure that Draft No, Date & Bank must match with the details entered in offline payment. If any discrepancy found in draft no then application may be rejected
7. On successful submission of application, the system will generate a unique Case ID (Case ID) for the application. You should note / remember your system generated Case ID. (Case ID) for future reference and use.
8. After submitted the proceed button the system will ask for upload the documents. Kindly upload the documents as per Documents type. Documents are to be uploaded in particular order no request for wrong upload will be entered later.
9. The system will provide you with options "Acknowledgment" on successful submission of application online.
10. Take a print out of the "Acknowledgment" and attach the demand draft for the fee in case of offline payment ( Refer Fee Structure) and supported documents as listed in acknowledgment (To be produced in original in particular order as mentioned in acknowledgment) required as part of the application and submit the application to Delhi Medical Council within one month from the date of submission of application online.
11. No photocopy of any documents need to submitted when documents are verified at registration counter`
12. In case of offline payment kindly submit a draft in favour of ”Delhi Medical Council” Payable at New Delhi as per fee structure

Payment Instructions for Online Registrations :
1. Provisional Registration - Rs 500
2. Permanent Registration - Rs 1000
3. Additional Qualification - Rs 500/ Qualification
4. Certificate of Good Standing - Rs 1000
5. No Objection Certificate - Rs 1000
6. Renewal of Registration without late fees - Rs 1000

7. Renewal of Registration with late fees :
** Upto six months from the date from which registration is due for renewal
** Rs. 500/- (Rupess Five Hundred only)
** For period more than six months but upto one year
** Rs 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only)
** For period more than one year
** Rs 1000/- (Rupess One thousand per year)

Before applying online, Candidates are requested to have a scanned (digital) image of his/her photograph and signature and all document as per the specifications given below on instructions.

Document Submission Instructions for Online Registrations :
Photograph Image :
(i). Photograph must be a recent passport style colour picture.
(ii). Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 25KB. If the size of the file is more than 25KB, then adjust the settings of the scanner such as the DPI resolution, no. of colours etc., during the process of scanning.
(iii). Images must be in JPG format only.
(iv). If the file size and format are not as prescribed, an error message will be displayed.

Signature Image :.
(i). The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black/Blue Ink pen.
(ii). The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person.
(iii). If the Applicant's signature on the Submitted Application does not match the signature attached by him/her, the applicant will not be accepted and processed.

While filling in the Online Application Form the candidate will be provided with a link to Attach his photograph and signature.

Procedure for Uploading the Photograph and Signature & Documents :
(1). There will be a link for Attach Photograph, Signature & Documents.
(2). Click on the respective link "Attach Photograph / Signature & Documents".
(3). Browse and Select the location where the Scanned Photograph / Signature & Documents file has been saved.
(4) Document are to be uploaded in particular order as mention in Document Type.Only jpg files are allowed to be uploaded and make sure that document/image extension is .jpg and not .JPG
(5) Ensure that the size of the scanned document image is not more than 120KB and not less than 90KB. If the size of the file is more than 100KB & less than 90KB, then adjust the settings of the scanner such as the DPI resolution, no. of colours etc., during the process of scanning or resize the document by setting the pixel in the range of 450-480 with Paint Editor
(6) No document less than 90KB are accepted and application for same may not be accepted
(7). Click the 'Submit' button.If the file size and format are not as prescribed, an error message will be displayed.

I am Dr Abhilasha.i completed my Internship on 31st March and has a provisional registration at BMC which expires in June. I have not done my permanent registration at my state council rather I want to get a permanent at dmc. I tried registering myself at dmc but I failed and got the error as you can't register twice.so please help me with the same. As in if I can apply for permanent registration in dmc before my provisional registration expires or not?
